Subject to availability, I require a minimum of 2 weeks notice (all orders must be paid in full 2 weeks before your event date), but the more notice you can give me, the better!
Especially in the case of large/complex custom orders, this will allow me to plan and design a much better product for you, and ensure that all required supplies can be sourced, ordered, and available in time!
*Please note, your order is not confirmed and your event date will not be held until your deposit has been received/proof of payment shown. Due to my limited availability, I cannot hold dates without a deposit, and simply enquiring about my availability or requesting a quote does not confirm a booking.
